Andrew is the Regional Senior Partner of KPMG’s Hong Kong office. He has over 25 years' experience in servicing listed companies, public bodies, investment funds and MNCs in Hong Kong, Asia and internationally.
Andrew is KPMG China’s Head of Capital Markets. He sits on the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Advisory Panels of the Securities Institute, The Hong Kong Investor Relations Association and ICAEW. He has had a number of global and regional roles with KPMG and is the Global Chairman of Real Estate and Construction and ASPAC Chairman of Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare, which also includes the real estate and transport sectors. He is a board member of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA) and the Asian Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV).
Andrew is the Chairman of Plan International Hong Kong, and Community Business. He is a member of the International Business Council, Review Small Entrepreneur Research Assistance Programme (SERAP) of the Innovation and Technology Commission HKSAR and the HK Ethics Development Advisory Committee of the Independent Commission Against Corruption. Also, he is a Director of the Pacific Basin Economic Council and a member of the World Economic Forum B20 Trade & Investment Taskforce.
Andrew is a Fellow of the ICAEW, HKICPA and Institute of Directors. He has a BA (Hons) in Economics and a MA in Development Economics.
